Unauthorized returns may be refused and sent back to the customer.

The refund will be made only after we received your returned dress. So we suggest you send the items back to us ASAP after you got our confirmation and the return code. We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

We offer combined shipping for the dresses to save your money. The combine shipping fess will be calculated according to the total weights of your purchases and the country you are in.

How to combine shipping

If you buy more than one items in the same time, when click the check-out, the system will direct combine the shipping and calculated the shipping by the total weights.

If you buy more than one items in different times, you can combine the different orders yourself by the following steps:

click view my profile
click my order
view combine the order, and choose the available order number in the first order, and then choose another available order number in the second order, then click combine the order.
Then the orders will be combined as a new order number.
